Giving his eye, the Sun threw it to the new orbital winds where the first woman was created.In South Dakota, the Brule Sioux, tell stories taking place in the time of creation. Moon comes from the sacrificial donation of the Sun’s eye.

In order for the first woman to walk the earth she walked on lighting and a blood vein that reached from the moon to earth, it was made of cedar rope.
The blood vein, being the birth cord, was connected to her body.

Connecting Moon knowledge and an understanding that only woman have.  It is a part of womanhood now
